Remanufacturing process

First of all, every steering rack and also every steering pump in our company pass through a predefined remanufacturing process. This is also independent of wheter it is an exchange part or a part handed over by the customer. Depending on the design, type of component and also customer requirements, some steps during the process naturally vary or are omitted.

The following steps are required:

• Marking of the part, visual inspection and reception inspection
• Disassembly
• Cleaning of the individual components
• Post-processing of the components to be reused
• Assembly of the part with new spare parts
• Final function and leak test on the test bench
• Painting (optional) and final assembly
• Final visual inspection and packaging for transport to the customer

Since our foundation in 2009, we have been dealing exclusively with the industrial remanufacturing of steering components, i.e. servo pumps and steering racks.

The remanufacturing process takes place exclusively at our company in Coesfeld in the Muensterland. 

In our product portfolio you will find a variety of replacements / exchange parts, corresponding accessoires and hydraulic oils. Furthermore, we alos offer the possibility of a prompt 1-to-1 repair.
